This small waterfall was found a short walk away from my parked car, on the A498 near to the Pen-y-Gwryd Hotel. The drive from Capel Curig to the hotel takes you through some wild
mountain scenery that is capped with a spectacular view of the Snowdon Horseshoe.
A 2-stop graduated filter was used to slow the motion of the water, and a 1-stop ND grad was used to hold detail in the clouds. I waited until the distant hill was illuminated by the
sun before pressing the shutter.
